Please bring in a good quality sketchbook from home each week or can leave at studio, other supplies will be available to you but yes fav supplies from home can be brought in. Sketchbook must be 9×12in or larger, mixed-media paper weight (100pd or up)

What is SketchBook Social Club?

Theme-based, sketch-book art class in a relaxed, social environment.

This class is drawing/mixed art focused class.

Ideas/projects will be discussed at the beginning of each art club session, then have an hour and a half to put our creative plan in motion. We will have a variety of project types: casual, traditional, one-class to multiple week projects, but our goal is to experiment/play with art, get inspired and make it our own. Inspiration can include works from artists current /past and also flourishing current styles of the participant…all in your own art book.

This club promotes socializing, fosters creativity and that happens at each individual’s own pace. Projects are inspired from new and traditional artists/ art methods, ideology, stories and characters etc. Let’s have fun after long day of school! Projects outside of the book are also allowed!

When can we start?

Can start any time! Joining mid-month? Yes, it’s possible.

Pay for 4 weeks and if your child wants to continue then class costs will be prorated to adjust to a monthly pay schedule onward. There is no obligation to attend after the initial 4 weeks, however we do ask for a month’s notice to exit the art class if the child attends month-to-month afterwards please and thanks.

Policies:

Anyone can join this class any time and no artistic experience is required

Register for one month today and choose to keep your child's place from month-to-month thereafter. One month notice to withdraw child from class is required after initial trial month so we have time to fill the slot, thanks!

There are no refunds after registration. No refunds for missed classes.

Monthly fees for art classes are due the last class of the month prior. ie: Due date for April’s classes is last week of March.

If a class is cancelled by the instructor due to illness/family emergencies, etc. credit will be given for future classes or a replacement teacher will facilitate the class in her/his place.

Parents/Guardians will be charged a late fee of $10 if 15 mins late to pick up student, and $1 every minute afterwards.
