Artist Profile:

Maddy is an interdisciplinary artist based in Calgary, Alberta. She holds a BFA in Sculpture with a minor in Glass from Alberta University of the Arts (AUArts) and is currently pursuing an MFA in Craft Media. Her practice focuses on sculpture, and she works with a wide range of materials, including clay, glass, metal, wood, and mixed media.

Alongside her own art practice, Maddy has several years of experience working with children as both a private nanny and an art instructor. She enjoys helping young artists explore new materials, develop their own ideas, and feel confident bringing their creative projects to life.
