🎨 The Painting Party Package

Enjoy a completely private, 2-hour creative celebration at our studio!

Every child can create a masterpiece they are truly proud of. Best of all, we handle all the art cleanup so you can focus on the memories!

⏱️ Package Details & Pricing

Our package is built to give your group private access to our entire 1,600 sq ft studio space.
• Base Price: $375 (Includes up to 10 participating children)
• Extra Guests: $15 per additional child
• Younger siblings are more than welcome to join as one of the painting guests if they are closely accompanied by an adult. There is a seating area allowing for some adults/little kids to vibe socially .

🗓️ Party Availability

• Fridays: Flexible hours (Friday bookings are unavailable during July & August)
• Saturdays: Available at 2:00 PM or later
• Sundays: Available at 1:00 PM or later

🖌️ Art Projects & Materials

The birthday child can pick a specific painting theme for their party. We can send over sample images for them to choose from, or you can send an image directly to me ahead of time and I will print it off. We have plenty of reference material on site, which the kids can choose from.
• Bling it up!: Kids can add unique details to their canvases by choosing from our box of gems and embellishments

🕒 A Typical Party Timeline (Flexible)

• First 10 Mins: Meet and greet friends as they arrive.
• Next 50–60 Mins: Jump into the painting project.
• Next 15–20 Mins: Break for snacks, drinks, and birthday cake
• Final 25–40 Mins: Complete painting and add paint markers, gems, and embellishments (optional)

What We Provide:
• All Art Materials: The cost of all canvases, acrylic paints, etc.
• We have aprons at the studio for all the kids to wear , not smocks (sleeves will still need to be pushed up).
• The Cleanup: Neon Milkshake handles the art mess and washes all the brushes.
What Parents/Guardians Bring:
• Food & Drinks: You are responsible for bringing in and setting up your own snacks, cake, and beverages.
• Supplies & Decor: Please bring any extra party decorations, tablecloths, plates, cutlery, and cups. (Pro-tip: Don't forget to pack a lighter/knife for the cake candles!)

• Want to check one more thing off your party to-do list? We offer custom art-related goodie bag options (no candies/food) so you don't have to worry about the prep.

💳 Booking & Cancellations

• To Secure Your Spot: Full payment is required upon registration to lock in your date. We accept online payments or e-transfers.
• Cancellation Policy: A full refund (minus a $40 administration fee) is available if you cancel a minimum of 7 days before your event. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made 6 days or closer to your reserved date.
