I have taken up photography over the last five years, preparing myself for retirement. Turns out I love taking pictures, have a pretty good eye and my camera has become a part of me. I am now retired and take my camera everywhere I go. 

There is something about photography that captures that moment in time that will never be again and you have that lasting memory. There is something special around every corner.

Currently my photography is of my family; my beautiful city, Calgary, my hometown; and all our travels throughout Alberta and BC, Mexico and Europe. 

I also write a blog — darlingwhatifyoufly.com — where I write about my reflections on life after 60, my travels and what or who inspires me. Most of the pictures on my blog are my own.
